Week 25: Tidbits of Information

Thank you for all the wonderful valentines and goodies last week.  I also want to thank the following ladies for all the donations for our party; Courtney Bailey,  Maria Beals, Kelli Staub, Natalie McNair, Heather Kulus, Melissa Olson, Sommer Hahn, Sheila Taylor, and Kim Jipp!

I pray you have all enjoyed these extra few days off.  I will be at the hospital with my mom all day Monday.  Two of the screws in her leg (from the car accident last year) have come loose and she will be having surgery again to fix this issue.  This has been a long journey for her and we pray it is almost over despite this setback.  Please say a prayer for her!

Memory will be on Friday. These are more challenging pieces.  Please take a little extra time to help your child study memory.  I have always found the long drive to and from school a great time to practice memory and spelling words.

This week students will be typing a final copy of his or her famous American research paper.  If you have not already please read and edit your child's paper before Tuesday.

Wax Museum is just around the corner.  Parents and grandparents are welcome to come!  It is Friday, March 8th from 9 - 11am in the lunch room.  Your child will come to school in their costume that day but will need to bring school uniforms to change into afterwards.
